Karen leaves the office within the first few episodes explaining that she just can't stand being in the same office with Jim anymore. Jim and Pam become the "Ross and Rachel" of The Office and have an on again off again relationship throughout the remainder of the show. I would expect them to be seperated by Christmas if not sooner. Jan is a couch potato, she wont have too big of a part this season, but will be mentioned by Michael, as he begins to resent their relationship, kind of like Kelly and Ryan. Michael will begin to hate Ryan after Ryan is over him and gets back at him for the years of teasing. Some time this season, Angela and Dwight either break up or go public with their relationship. That is about all I can think of for right now.
