CNN is projecting that Obama has the delegates to "clinch" the nomination. Now maybe Hillary will ride her broom off into the sunset with her flying monkeys, although I doubt she'll go that quietly.

ReplyDeleteGranted he might just be trying to smooth her over and appease her fanatically unbalanced supporters, but until Obama picks someone for VP who hasn't lived in the white house, she's not dead.
Think bad horror movie ending.
He wasn't kissing up to her, he was trying to kiss up to her supporters whom (who?) he doesn't want defecting to McCain. Professional courtesy? Perhaps. But I think he has just as good a chance of getting to the White House without her as with her.
