Hogwarts in the future

**SPOILER**
DON'T READ THIS IF YOU HAVEN'T FINISHED BOOK SEVEN!

I'm watching clips of an interview JK Rowling gave where someone asked her who, 19 years down the road, the headmaster of Hogwarts is. She said it wouldn't be McGonagal because she's getting on in age so it would have to be someone new.

Personally, I think George Weasley would make a perfect headmaster. Just think about it. Jo, you've got my number. Call me.

  2. Yahoo! News had an interview with her saying that George continues to run the joke shop. While that's understandable, I still think my idea is better.

  3. Ok, so I just finished Book 7 late last night, I know, I know I am a little slow, but that is how things go. Anyway, I am a little disappointed with the last chapter as it didn't include what Harry, Ron or Hermoine did for a living. For all we know Hermoine could be the new Headmaster. Grr, I haven't seen the interviews of JK Rowling yet, but she opened a whole new can of worms by putting the last chapter in the book.

  4. She's said Harry heads up the newly reformed Auror's office, Ron works at the joke shop and Hermione starts out working for equal rights for magical creatures and then goes on to some kind of law enforcement position or something.
